Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. Items damaged during shipping may be replaced after the proper claims procedure is pursued with the United States Postal Service or other shipping company.
Exchanges will not be accepted due to size discrepancy as sizing information is listed with each item.
Blue Duck Decals is unable to guarantee matching of colors to your particular application. Pantone color values are available for most of our cut-vinyl material selections. Pantone color spot matching on printed material will be guaranteed to reasonable accuracy provided that spot color values are provided prior to production. Determination of specific color values and their communication to Blue Duck Decals prior to production is customer's sole responsibility. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted based upon color mismatch due to your display monitor settings, lighting, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Blue Duck Decals cannot accept responsibility for the installation of any vinyl graphics. Blue Duck Decals accepts no responsibility for graphics damaged during an attempted installation. Customers in the Southwest Missouri area can contact Blue Duck Decals for installation of vinyl graphics. Otherwise it is recommended to have vinyl graphics installed by a qualified professional in your area, depending on your abilities and experience.
Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and undamaged items are to be shipped in their original container unless other arrangements are made.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our election to exchange or refund the item.
If a refund is granted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
No refunds will be issued for custom or special order items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Upon authorization to return an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the shipping duration of an exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
