What colors and patterns of vinyl material can I pick from?
We offer a wide array of colors and types of vinyl for your selection.  You can find a color chart here.  If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us.  We can print a custom pattern or texture for your graphic or order a custom color to suit your application.

What if I don’t see an item I like in your online shop?
In the realm of vinyl graphics, the options are almost limitless and it would be impossible to configure an online store to include all your ideas.  Visit our gallery to see many projects we’ve done with satisfied customers, or drop us a line to let us know what you’re looking for.  We’d be happy to work on a truly custom project for you.

How long is the typical turnaround time on vinyl graphics?
Decals are typically processed within 10-14 business days and each one is produced especially for you. Items are mailed via USPS, tracking information is NOT provided on all orders.  In the event we're backordered on a particular material, we'll do our best to communicate what's going on; we strive for the final delivered product to be exactly what you're expecting.

I like a design you have, but don’t quite find a font I like.  Are there any other options?
Our stock fonts are chosen from those which, in our experience, work well for cut vinyl decals of most sizes.  They are better suited for outdoor use to survive things like tree branches and car washes.  If you're interested in seeing about a font not listed, contact us.

How do I know the color on your website will suit my application?
We strive to keep our website as accurate as possible, but we obviously have no control over computer monitor and mobile display colors.  We typically use Oracal vinyl materials with great results, and the colors available match almost any need.  Check out our color charts here.

Is full-color printing available?
Full-color printing is available for decals, signs, and banners up to 64".  We use an environmentally friendly printing system which is suitable for any environment.  Contact us for more information - we’d love to see what we can do for you.

Do you offer anything other than vinyl graphics for me or my organization?
Yes we do.  In addition to vinyl decals, we also offer certain custom clothing and uniform items, custom engraved glass items, and many other customized items.  Contact us with your inquiry - we may not be able to provide the item you're looking for, but we'd love the opportunity to serve you.

Can you offer a private set of items for my organization for decals and custom clothing items?
Yes we can.  We can work with you to develop your products and then offer a section on our website secured for your employees or members to place their decal, clothing, or uniform item orders on an as-needed basis.  Contact us, we'd love to see what we can do to help!

My decal isn't sticking.  Help!
Sometimes decals can be frustrating - we understand.  Make sure your surface is prepped and clean of any oils, films or residues.  Most adhesives work best when the decal and application surface are between 60 and 80 degrees, so you might want to wait for a warm day or heat up the garage to apply your decal.  If you're using a wet application technique, make sure you're not using any solvents, such as a product with alcohol or ammonia, for your wet application.  Visit our Tips & Tricks page for more information.

I want my vehicle looking sweet to show off my new decal - how long should I wait before stopping by the car wash?
You should resist the urge to wash your vehicle, at least in the area of the decal, for 7 days.  Take it easy with the high pressure wand and scrub brush on your decal any time.

I live outside the United States, but I found a decal I can’t live without.  Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to some destinations.  If you're unable to find a shipping option at checkout that suits you, contact us directly about your inquiry and we’ll see what we can do to get you the product you’re after.
